Customers refrigerator doesnt have water hooked up to it. This is causing the unit to run constantly trying to freeze while over cooling refrigerator section causing ice buildup in the fresh food fan. No one ever told customer the icemaker option needs to be turned off if the unit does not have hooked up water supply. Advise customer to unplug the unit for 3 to 4 days to let it thaw out and ensure that the icemaker is turned off

Freezer is not cooling due to compressor locked up and wont start. Unit is tripping overload protection device. Freezer is on a non repair replacement list. #064087449
