"Inspected washer and washer was making a squealing sound in the spin cycle. I changed the clutch and slider assembly underneath and calibrated washer. I ran a drain and spin cycle to test spin and see if the sound left. All checks are good at this time.; used 1 W10754448 (Clutch), and 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock"

Scott was very thorough and knowledgeable about my appliances. I appreciated how well he explained everything that he would be doing during the service and what would take place afterwards with my warranties that I had on the appliances. He has had to come out to our house several times, and has always texted about 30 to 45 minutes before he arrives and is always on time. I would highly recommend this company. It’s hard to find a good service company these days, so I was very thankful to have them!
