"Inspected unit, unit is still overflowing and this is due to oversudsing. Ran a spin cycle, and with no soap in it, there were still lots of suds and bubbles. Customer had soap residue and crystals on the floor from where it had leaked. Ran clean cycle with vinegar, and advised cust to run clean cycle once a month, and to run the washer without soap, to allow for soap residue to wash off."

"Inspected unit, found that customer had water all over their floor and were stating that the washer was leaking. Took top off and started a cycle to watch water inlet valves, no leaks there. Tipped unit over and found evidence of water that had dropped down and crystallized. This is due to oversudzing and not a problem with the unit. Informed customer to use less soap and fabric softener. No problems here."

"Inspected unit, another belt had been shredded and the drum was not spinning. At this point, the motor needs to be replaced. Ordering new motor, pulley, and belt. ; ordrng 1 279827 (Motor) and 1 341241 (Belt) and 1 WP8066184 (Motor Pulley)"

Inspected unit, found that the belt had been severed again. Took unit apart, found that the motor pulley needed to be tightened. Tightened motor pulley and replaced belt with truck stock. Ran test cycle with clothes in it and stuck around for longer this time to make sure everything is working properly. ; used 1 341241 (Belt) from stock
