Talked to the customer and the unit is still not cooling and will randomly turn off. Reached out to Whirlpool Tech Line and inform them what was going on and they stated it could be the UI that is causing the issue. Installed new control

Checked out the unit and found the unit was not heating. Disassemble the unit and remove the heating element and made adjustments to the heating element and checked over the thermal fuse. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle. Check OK. Advise the customer to have their vents cleaned if they continue to have issues with the dryer heating.

Checked out the unit and the unit is dead in the water unit has voltage at the outlet but nothing coming out of the control board. Called and talk with the warranty company and Tech Line and they advise putting another control in it and monitoring the AC volts to see if it spikes but the issue is inconsistent and we are unable to stay to watch those voltage spikes the entire time.
