"Inspected the unit and found all of the valves for the dispensers were working properly and advised the customer to dilute the fabric softener and to make sure she cleans out the dispenser drawers due to old fabric softener and detergent buildup. Customer also had an issue regarding the buttons on the right side not working. We had turned the breaker off and turned the breaker back on and the lights on the display came back on. Checked all the buttons to make sure they were working correctly. Checks OK"

Inspect the unit and put the unit into diagnostics and run a test cycle. The unit completed the cycle and had no issues. Talk to the customer about a noise issue they were dealing with.
