Inspected the unit and made adjustments to the drain pump in the drain pump line. Was able to get the unit to drain. Ran a test cycle and the unit drained on both cycles. All checks good.

Installed parts listed, all checked good

Installed the new top oven handle. All checks good.

Inspect the unit and found an out of balance error code. Ran a diagnostics and calibration cycle and the unit passed the test cycles. Advised the customer on some different features on the unit and how to best run loads with them not getting out of balance. All checks good

Inspected the upper oven door and found the corner of it damaged. Ordering part. ; ordrng 1 WB15X41198 (Door handle)
