Inspected the unit and found the drain pump in the drain line partially clogged. Cleaned out the drain line and the drain pump. Ran two test cycles and the unit filled with water and drained each time. All checks good.

Put the unit into diagnostics and found no issues when running test and diagnostics. Advised the customer that if noise were to come back to try to get a video to help resolve any further issues. Inspected the unit and ran a diagnostic cycle and found no noise issues. Ran a agitate and spin cycle and advised the customer that this style of washers will make noise during the agitate and wash cycle. And if the noise comes back to try to get videos so we can have better information. All checks good

"Inspected the unit and found no water coming out of the dispenser. Inspected the water valve and found the water valve working correctly and found the water filter was filling. Remove the waterline at the bottom of the door and found water coming out at the bottom of the door, but not going up into the door. Advise the customer to defrost the unit for 48 hours to help resolve the issue. If not, they would need a door."

Inspected the unit and found an H1 error code. The freezer section temperatures were 4? and the fresh food section were 46? Inspected the back of the unit and found the compressor really hot to the touch. Did an amp draw test on the compressor and the compressor amperage was low and having barely one amp draw. Advise the customer that the unit would need a compressor and has potential Freon leak. Customer had purchased a new refrigerator and did not want to do the repair at this time.
