Check out the unit and found that the drain at the back of the freezer was plugged causing water dripping into the freezer. Cleared out the drain and steam steamed out the drain line. Checks OK

Customer had another servicer come out, and he had replaced a drum and had cracked the lint assembly so replacing that as well. Checked out the unit and found the customers having issues with the different load sizes and what cycles to use. Advised customer on different loads and cycles to use. Also recalibrated the basket. Checks OK
