Inspected unit and found the unit freezing up and gathering moisture in the freezer section. Found the gasket on the left hand side of the door not sealing correctly. Found the gasket good but the cabinet bowing in in some areas. Put a straight edge against the cabinet to show where cabinet is bowing. . ; saved tckt

Checked out the unit and the customer stated water randomly started dumping into the unit and she hadnt started the cycle and when she canceled the cycle she tried starting another cycle and the lights wouldnt come on. Ran through diagnostic cycle and everything completed the test check for any error codes and found no error codes.recalibrated the unit and advised the customer on different cycles to use. Checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a failed support wheel. Replaced with truck stock. All checks ok; used 1 DC97-16782A () from stock
