"Customer claims unit top is bubbled. And causing dishes to scratch top glass. Also uneven cooking and advised they have to turn food in oven due to uneven cooking there as well in order to cook right. Says when frying an egg it will cook one side on skillet and not other. Also doesnt understand why theres a fan that runs when not in connect mode. I instructed it is a cooling fan. Installed parts listed. checked temp in oven and top burners working fine. Oven was set for 350. High point was 384. Temp dropped to 322. On convect did same thing. Advised customer that scratches are not typically covered but took pics for documentation."
