Inspected unit and found that the washer was not level front to back and was wobbly to the touch. I informed the customer of this and the importance of making sure the washer is level. This can cause out of balance loads as well as banging from side to side or front to back when wet clothes start to spin. I checked the suspension rods and did not see any issues.

Installed new control board and calibrated washer. Washer is now ready for normal use.

Installed new encoder board at whirlpools request and recommendation. Both control boards have been replaced
