I was disappointed that the hose was not replaced instead of patching the hole and duck taping it. To me that is only a temporary fix for $341.00.

Tim was friendly and professional. He offered advice on frequency of tub clean cycle. He didn’t check pressures or much of anything, except ran a partial tub clean to demonstrate presence of residual suds. The next day following his service call, I ran a tub clean without Affresh. The washer still leaks and there was a minimal amount of suds present during the cycle. Will run the tub clean cycle without Affresh until i do not see suds. If washer still leaks, I will have to contact Service again, as i do not want a leaky washer.
