My Kitchenaid electric oven was heating up very slowly and not holding temperature. After troubleshooting everything that was in my scope, I gave in and reached out KitchenAid, who arranged a service call. Tim called when he was on his way, determined the issue within minutes, had the repair part with him, made the repair and was on his way. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
