Extent job wel l done

David was informative, kind, professional & timely, he gets 5stars. The information he offered was what I feel had been missing, from lack of receiving a manual with the washer to lack of online details. It is terribly disheartening to learn however, regardless of “my” machine load selection(s) the computer will still determine what (it’s programmed) to think is best. The units get 2stars; I still feel these newer units are inferior to my 40yr. old units, and they don’t provide as clean laundry as my previous units. I cannot express my level of frustration, to learn my 3month old washer (less than 36 load completed washes)already has stagnant water & mildew in bottom reservoir…talk about extremely poor engineering, so much for advanced technology. And to think I purchased Maytag again, because of previous ownership with complete satisfaction & outstanding workmanship. Deeply saddened that durability & performance is no longer an end goal for Maytag; if I’d known how poorly my purchase would operate, I could’ve/should’ve selected less expensive brand-now-even appliances are viewed as disposable items.
