Installed the new control board and ran a test cycle. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found the unit thrown an error code for improper voltage. Checked the back of the terminal block and found that the red hot wire going to the terminal block had burned out due to the power cord not being installed properly and being loose causing an arc when the unit is running. It also caused the terminal block itself to crack out the back. Called and informed the warranty company of the issues and they stated this is not something that will be covered under warranty. Auth #134

Checked out the unit and the customer stated it was not drying properly and also we advised customer they have to be running rinse aid when using these units due to the heat went not getting warm enough to try the dishes. Also made adjustments to the display due to customer stating it was hard to push. After making adjustments and running a test cycle. Check OK

Checked out and the customer stated the unit was constantly running. They had a blockage in the sink which caused the dishwasher to continue to run constantly. They got the clog cleaned out and had not run it since then. Ran a diagnostic cycle on the unit ran and drained with no issues. Advised customer to run a clean cycle in the unit to clean out the soap buildup. Checks OK
