Inspected the unit and found the unit continuously draining and not going into spin cycle. Inspected the drain filter and removed some debris and the drain filter. Tried getting it into a spin cycle but the control board and pressure sensor is detecting that theres still water sitting in the unit even though it is empty. The unit would need to control board and pressure switch. Talked with Sally and informed her of the issues.

Inspected the unit and customer informed us that that basement had flooded and had about a foot of water in the basement. Ran diagnostics on the washer and found several error codes regarding the drive system and shifting. Informed the warranty company of the issues regarding the washer and the warranty company was going to reach out to the customer. Auth #134ALBA

"Inspected the unit and found when she was running a cycle she would randomly get mud/dirt on the clothes after a wash. Remove the agitator tower and found some mold and mildew on the inside of the agitator tower. Recommended customer to continue running clean cycles along with cleaning the inside of the agitator tower out. Customer also had noise issue when going through a wash cycle. Inspected the agitator and the belt and drive system and everything checked out good. Customer stated the noise comes and goes, advise the customer to make sure she is running smaller loads and shes not overloading it. Tightened up the suspension springs. Checks OK."

"Inspected the unit and found that you werent able to start the cycle or push any buttons. Found that the control lock was turned on. Turn the control lock off and the unit was operating correctly. Advise the customer how to turn the control lock off and if they're cleaning or several buttons get pushed at once a lot of the times will cause the control lock to come on. Customer had taken the drain line off the back of the unit, thinking something was plugged up. Reinstalled the drain line, Check OK"

Installed the icemaker and advised the customer to give it 24 to 48 hours before the unit starts making ice. Checks OK
