"Checked out the unit and Made adjustments to the door gasket, all checks good"

Check out the unit and while running a test cycle has a really bad odor that is coming from the magnetron. Advise the customer of the cost of the repair and they did not want to proceed further.

Checked out the unit and found no power getting to the unit. Remove the junction cover and found the red wire going to the junction. Box was completely burned in half. The screw to hold down the cable was barely tightened and was causing a constant loose connection. Advised the customer that this is not covered under warranty due to it being a power cord and them not installing it properly. Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and found that the door lock was not disengaging. Tried prying the door open, but the door would not unlocked. We were finally able to get the door open but the parts are no longer available due to the age of the appliance. Checks OK"
