Checked out the unit and found that the icemaker was not making any ice and that the drain line was frozen. Steamed out the drain line and installed a new icemaker. Also applied heat tape around the heater to prevent it from freezing. Advised customer to give it 48 hours for it to start making good consistent ice. Checks OK; used 1 243297613 (ICE MAKER) from stock

Check out the unit and found that the unit was making a loud noise during a spin cycle. Removed the panel off the back of the unit and remove the blower housing and found debris stuck inside the blower fan. Removed the debris and ran a test cycle. Check OK

Installed the new icemaker and advised customer to give it 48 hours to start seeing good ice production. Customer had an issue where the bail arm would not stop the ice and it would continue to overflow. Check OK

Check out the unit and found that there was water leaking out of the freezer section onto the floor. Found that the defrost line drain line was plugged up and his pouring water into the freezer. Advised customer to do a manual defrost for 48 hours to make sure all of the ice is out of the drain line. Steamed at the ice of that we could and check the door seals. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found that the start button had fallen back into the control panel and you were unable to start a cycle. Removed the rear panel and reinstalled the start button and tightened up the adapter. Ran several test cycles. All checks good
