"Upon arrival, customer stated that someone had replaced the compressor a few weeks ago. And that ever since then the whole unit vibrates violently. This issue will need to go back to the previous company in order for the previous technician to complete his repair."

"Inspected the unit and found low water pressure to the fridge. Also found that the icemaker was iced up, not allowing it to be removed. I informed the customer that the icemaker was seized due to a large amount of ice. Which can be associated with low water pressure. I advise the customer to put the unit through a 24 hour defrost to ensure all ice has been removed. And then to get a plumber to address the water pressure issue to ensure good ice production."

Inspected the handle and found that the bracket holding it had come loose. Removed handle. Tightened a bracket. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a compromised lid lock. Made all necessary adjustments. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a failed float switch assembly. Ordering part.; ordrng 1 W10195039 (Switch) and 1 W10316267 (Overfill) and 1 W10346525 (Float retainer assembly) and 1 W10195037 (Lever)
