Installed parts. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found that the detergent buildup underneath the agitator was flaking off due to the customer putting a lot of cleaners inside the unit. Resulting in flakes of the detergent buildup getting onto her clothing. Cleaned off all detergent buildup. Advised customer to only use 2 tablespoons of detergent no matter what size load. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a failed compressor. And a Freon leak inside the unit cavity. Also the fridge door was completely broken at the top. Due to normal wear and tear. Unit will need replaced. Authorization number 125MMMA

Inspected the unit and found a failed display board. Repair has been declined at this time.

Ran unit through diagnostics found a one error code for an unbalanced load. Cleared error code. Re-calibrated the unit. Checked fill hoses made sure the hoses were secured. Ran system checks. And test cycle. All checks OK
