Inspected the dryer and found that the left back roller drum wheel had some resistance which was causing a squeaking sound when heavier loads were put in. This also was interfering with the belt and caused the belt to tear. I replaced the belt with a truck stock.; used 1 341241 (Belt) from stock

"Installed all new parts ran a factory DLMS calibration cycle and also ran a diagnostic cycle to check all the workings of the unit. Everything is testing out good and no more noise. All checks are good at this time. I would however, recommend running a clean washer cycle through the washer at least after every 30 loads.

Inspected the unit and found the gear case damaged and making a grinding noise. Pulled the unit forward and inspected the underside and found grease and water leaking from the gear case. Attempted to remove the wash plate but the gear case shaft is cracked. The unit is eight years old and located in the laundry room. Not a recommended repair. Contacted AHS and advised of issues. Unit being evaluated for replacement. AHS to contact customer. Auth#250EMML

Inspected the unit and found the drain pump constantly running. Cleared the flood safety cycle and reset the board. Advised the customer the drain pump is constantly running because they've been using too much detergent. Recommended to use 2 tablespoons or less of detergent and use the cleaning tablets on a regular basis. Cleared debris from cold water line. All other checks OK.
