Inspected unit and found the unit blowing cold air again. Pushed on the plug and it started heating up. Checked the terminal block and everything was tight. Found outlet very loose and allowing the plug to slightly fall out. Advised customer to get outlet changed.

Checked unit over found the unit had a massive amount of ice leaking from the drain tube below the evaporator. Cleared out ice buildup and cleared out drain tube. Ran multiple cups of water down drain tube to ensure that it was draining properly. Ran heater wire through drain tube. Replaced sure that icemaker. Unit checks OK; used 1 5303918344 (ICE MAKER) from stock
