Check the unit out and found out of balance error codes. Remove the front cover off the washer and found that the tub spring had come loose and was barely sitting inside its slot. "Checked unit over found the front right corner burner was shorted out, and the wires were melted. Looks like something spilled down into the burner harness and completely melted all of the wires and they were welded to the frame. Unit needs new wire harness assembly due to the age of the unit these parts are no longer available. Spoke with American home shield and theyre putting the unit into options."

Inspected unit found that the defrost timer had failed. I replaced the defrost timer with the new updated part that I had in my truck stock plug the unit in turn the unit on unit is now cooling. Please allow 6 to 8 hours to confirm that both fridge and freezer are cooling to the recommendations.; used 1 5304526183 (Defrost timer) from stock

"Inspected the unit and the customer is concerned with the left and the right side panel is flexing/bowing in slightly. Photo attached of top and side panels. Tech attempted to tighten or loosen the install screws on the top of the microwave but did not change anything. Unit functions properly. Advised the customer the side panels fluctuating after installed is pretty normal and will not affect the functionality of the unit, but it is noticeable. Customer not happy with the way it looks and will contact Frigidaire."
