Inspected the unit and found ice buildup around the ice box in the fresh food section and warm air getting in to the icemaker section and locking up the auger motor. Show this to the customer provide an estimate to seal up the icebox and advise the defrost the unit. Customer approved. Cleared ice and sealed up icebox. Advise customer to defrost the unit for 24 to 48 hours to allow the ice to melt to see if that will clear up the auger motor. I advised that if it did not clear the auger motor they may be looking at replacing the auger motor assembly.

Checked unit over and found that the freezer door was not closing properly and was dragging on the refrigerator door. Disassembled and fixed hinges adjusted door seal cleared out ice buildup. Unit is now opening and closing properly. Checks OK

Checked unit over found the unit was not cooling properly. Diassembled the freezer section and found that the unit had a quarter frost pattern and a massive amount of ice buildup. Unit has blockage in system. Spoke with American shield, they are not moving forward with repairs.

"Checked unit unit over, found that the compressor was not running. Found the wires feeding the compressor were melted. Cut out and replaced wires. Compressor ran the unit did not develop a frost pattern. Small ice ball in the right corner of the freezer section. Unit has sealed system leaked. Spoke with homebuyers and they're putting it into options"

Checked unit over found unit will fill with water and just stop. Went into diagnostics and reprogrammed and recalibrated control also fixed lid lock that was not installed correctly through drain and drain and spin and it worked properly also ran through quick wash and filled and agitated. Checks OK
