"Inspected the unit and found the customer getting brown flakes mixed in with their laundry. Provided information to the customer regarding detergent usage and to use the cleaning tablets on a regular basis. Advised to run multiple cleaning tablets through the unit and if that still doesnt resolve the issue. They could try an extreme method of letting the unit sit and dry out, which will help break up the wet residual detergent. Entered diagnostics and found no error codes. All checks OK."
