Advised a customer after putting all the clothes in the unit to add the detergent after the clothes are in instead of before. Also cleaned out the fabric softener dispenser and advise the customer to dilute the fabric softener due to it being too thick and heavier than the water. Customer also stated the unit walks away from the wall. Checked the suspension rods and the suspension rods felt good. Advise the customer on different load sizes can cause the unit to go out of balance, and if the loads are too small, they will have more issues. "Inspected the unit and found a stuck keypad. Entered diagnostics and cleared codes and updated the software. Recalibrated the unit at 300 degrees and adjusted the lower oven 10 degrees up, ran a test cycle on the upper and lower oven. Took roughly 10 minutes for the preheat signal to sound. Average temp in upper oven reading 295 and lower oven reading 297. Per manufacturer temperatures within the oven cavity will range from 10 to 15? plus or minus once the unit gets to preheat setting. Unit is falling within those parameters provided by the manufacturer. All checks ok."

"Customer concern regarding an electrical burning smell coming from the unit. Inspected the terminal connector underneath the counter and tightened down connections. Pulled the unit out from under the cabinet and inspected the power cord along with the main control board and all electrical components underneath the unit, all checks ok. Found the unit was not leveled properly and the installation team had dislocated part of the rear leg. Repaired and made adjustments to rear leg and it is now functioning properly. Removed the front panel off the unit and found no damage or strong electrical smells. Reinstalled and leveled unit under cabinet. All checks OK"
