Inspected unit and found the unit not shutting the motor down when the door is shut and unit is not running a cycle. Found the unit would run properly when in a cycle but the motor would only stop running when the door was open. Ran a diagnostics test cycle, quick wash cycle and normal wash cycle and the unit filled with water, agitated the basket, drained the water, shifted to the spin cycle without any issues.
