"Checked out the unit and ran a test cycle, found that the motor had a hard time turning on the initial start up. And found that the door switch when trying to start a cycle was not engaging and starting the cycle. Removed the door switch and made adjustments to the wires attached to the door switch. Ran another cycle in the unit was heating up and spinning properly. Cleaned out some lint that had buildup inside the blower housing and advise the customer to clean her filter due to a large amount of detergent buildup on the screen. Check OK"

Also cleaned out the filter. Connected through the freezer to the refrigerator. Advise the customer to keep an eye on it over the next 24 to 48 hours. Checked out the unit and they stated the unit was leaking water. Ran the unit through a test cycle and filled the basket full of water and then ran a drain cycle. Found no leaks coming from the water valve or the drain line. After running multiple test cycles tilted the unit back and found water marks on the back of the unit which indicates that the basket was lean too far forward and is splashing water on the back of the unit off the tub. Tilted the washer backwards by adjusting the front legs and ran another test cycle adjusted the drain lines and made sure the clamps were attached securely. Removed the back cover and make sure all waterlines were tightened up properly. All checks good

"Inspected unit found that the lid lock was failing it would click on and off constantly. Customers issue was he would wash clothes sometimes it would work sometimes it wouldnt. He would put her on a load and then it would not spin out. He would come back and there would be water in there. Drain pump is working. If there are any interruptions in your icemaking due to the possible fact that the harness may have been bad, the new one I put in did not have the new harness so I will have to order you that harness."
