"Check it over, the unit was full of water and would not drain. I was able to clear out the drain pump and then be out the water. When you attempt to spin, it would bang around and stay in place. Found that the supports for the tub were broken. Spoke with American home shield and they're putting in options."

Grease rollers in idler. Tested unit unit was making a slight rattling noise from the motor and clutch assembly. Motor is functioning properly inform the customer that assurance would not replace the motor for noise issues. Considering everything is working properly.
