Inspected and tested oven on bake. Checked temperatures and educated customer on different practices and cook timing with the newer ovens due to the algorithms of the board. Preheat times should be extended by at least 20-30 minutes before placing food in oven to allow for a more accurate and consistent temperature during your cooking cycle. I also recommend using a convection bake cycle when cooking delicate baked goods or casseroles where you want a more thorough consistent cooking. All the temperatures were well within the specs for this oven. All checks good at this time.

"Inspected unit and found that the turntable motor is turning, but there is a rubbing sound only when the glass tray sits on the support for the motor the only other thing in between the tray and the support would be the ray support which is a ring with wheels on it. I checked that for cracks or any damage or to see if the wheels were seized up at all did not seem like there was any issues with it. I did check the motor mount area loosen the screws and re-tighten them little less than what original factory settings were to see if maybe they were over torque and it was causing some issues.
