Despite lowering both sections temperatures, the unit is warmer than normal. Upon further inspection found minor cracking throughout the fresh food and freezer section. Photos attached. Checked amp draw on start up on the compressor and found around 5 A on startup but quickly dropping below .65 A while running. This is an indicator of a sealed system leak. Due to the cracking in the liner causing damage to the sealed system line, the unit is not repairable. Recommend replacing the unit. I also removed the drain filter and sucked out any debris and water that may have been coming out of that area as well tested the unit unit started up. I set it on a self clean cycle because there was a tab in there for cleaning. The dishwasher drain line should be running into a vertical drain pipe or ideally running into the garbage disposal. found time water would run through the garbage disposal and drain pipe. It would leak down into the drain line due to the way it is installed. Found no security clamp on dishwasher drain line. Advised the customer to have a plumber out to install the drain line and high loop properly to prevent sewage from backing up into the dishwasher.

"Checked in over, found that the water dispenser and bottle dispenser and neither one of them worked. Also found that when the refrigerator shifted or the doors were moved around or jiggled. The entire unit was shut down and power off. Checked outlet and tested on different outlet. We are not losing power to the refrigerator but once there is any type of shift in the refrigerator, it caused it to power off. There are some sort of wiring issue inside this refrigerator that is keeping the unitfrom functioning properly. Customer is exchanging unit."

Inspected the unit and found no error codes have been displayed for faulty assembly paddles. Removed dispenser assembly and cleaned the softener container and paddle. Filled with softener and diluted with water. Tapped the rear nip of the dispenser assembly just in case the ball valve was stuck due to the thick softener. Reinstalled dispenser assembly advised customer to run it for a week or two using the softener and see if the levels drop. Also advised to monitor for any error codes while running the unit.
