"Inspected the washer found that one of the wires were going to the drain pump was completely severed. I had a wiring harness to replace it so I installed the new wiring harness tested, the unit drain pump is just humming and not actually kicking on. I changed out the capacitor thinking that the capacitor had gone bad and tested again. Drain pump is still doing the same thing took the drain pump off the bottom of the unit tested again. Drain pump is not active. There is no blockage on the drain pump. Its just humming and no spinning of the propeller. So I am ordering a new drain pump and a control board as a precaution.; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Drain pump) and 1 W11626074 (Control board), used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor), and 1 W11643701(TS) (Lower harness) from stock"

I contacted Midea after trying a few things and techline was able to walk me through some diagnostic tests that got the unit to start draining and spinning. Customer had been using Dawn dish soap as the detergent for the dishwasher. I ran 4 to 5 cycles to flush out the detergent. Instructed the customer to run some white vinegar and leave the door open to help eliminate the odor. Unit check OK

"Upon arrival, found the waterline frozen in the freezer section again. Defrosted the line and tested heater and water valve and found both functioning properly. Also found icemaker functioning properly. Insulation/flashing tape already installed per service pointer. Installed more tape and made sure it was sealed back up after completing test. Called techline and advised of issues and they advised it could possibly get declined becuase of too much flashing.
