"Installed new paddles on the dispenser unit still was giving me issues of dispensing the water in the ice without having any hesitation. It would still pause in the middle of the press of the paddle so I installed the main control. When I took off the back cover, I noticed that it was really warm to touch in this area upon further removal of the main control. I discovered that there was a burn mark on the housing and also on the back of the board. It looks like one of the resistors got really hot and either burned itself out, but when I replaced the main control and tested the paddles, everything is working with no hesitation. Lights are not dimming. Everything is working as it should."

"Inspected the icemaker. Icemaker is allowing water to fill and it is freezing, but it seems like that the thermostat is going bad. The ice is not coming out of the tray all the way and getting into the ice bucket thats why I am ordering a new icemaker and a new water harness. "Inspected the unit and found the gearcase making a loud grinding noise and rubbing while spinning. Inspected the underside and found grease had leaked onto the underside components. The unit would not run a normal or delicate wash cycle, it would start then shutdown. Board failure. Additional labor and a second tech required for repair. Not a recommended repair.
