Inspected the unit and found an i.e. error code signifying no water coming into the unit. Found that there was no cold waterline hooked up to the unit. Therefore unit was throwing a code when it went to put cold water into it when it would hit the rinse cycle. Customer will need to hook a cold water line up to the unit in order for it to function properly.
