Reinstalled the spring, and inspected all the other springs when the spring had come off the unit, it had caused the pressure sensor hose to have a small cut in the side of it, which is not allowing the correct readings on the inside of the tub. Fixed the pressure line and ran a test cycle. The unit started and ran the cycle correctly. Advised the customer on some different features on the unit and how to properly load it. All checks good."
