Recalibrated the unit at 300 degrees and adjusted the lower oven 10 degrees up, ran a test cycle on the upper and lower oven. Took roughly 10 minutes for the preheat signal to sound. Average temp in upper oven reading 295 and lower oven reading 297. Per manufacturer temperatures within the oven cavity will range from 10 to 15? plus or minus once the unit gets to preheat setting. Unit needs new control drain pump and potentially wire harness due to not sending correct voltage. Spoke with homebuyers and they're putting the unit into options."
