Checked over the unit and found the upper Spray arm completely plugged up with debris and customer stated that they had washed a couple jars that had label still on them. The debris we pulled out appeared to be labels and food particles. Ran a cycle and the unit was operating correctly. Check OK Auth #134PBDA

"Checked out the unit and customer stated after running a cycle. The clothes were still wet at the end of the cycle. But that was the only cycle that she had issues with. Ran the unit through a spin only cycle, and the basket would spin in diagnostics. Made sure that the unit was draining properly and getting the correct water level. Advised the customer to keep an eye on the load sizes and make sure they are not too big or too small. Recalibrated the unit and ran another test cycle. Check OK"
