"Inspected the unit and found a small amount of gunk in the filter assembly, no debris in the sump and drain area. Ran a test cycle and the unit filled with water and found no leaks or H20 error code. Upon canceling the cycle the drain pump would not shut off. Connected the unit to the newfi and updated the firmware which is suppose to fix any bugs with the H20 error code. Ran multiple test cycles and the drain pump would not shutoff and start to fill with water. Reset the control and the same issue. Advised the customer they could have a faulty pressure sensor or main control. Unable to verify which. Recommended replacing the pressure switch first. Approved. Found poor airflow to the exterior of the home. Ripped up about 40 or 50 small pieces of paper towel and placed into the blower housing wheel assembly and ran a five minute test cycle and found almost no debris on the roof from the vent line. Customer has a blocked vent and recommended the customer have vent cleaning company come out and clear the vent line from the roof down to the dryer.

Inspected the unit and found an error code for LF which means low water flow to the unit. Removed the waterlines and found the hot water filter clogged with some black gunk. Removed filters and cleaned. Reassembled the unit and run a test with no other issues. Advise customer they may have an issue with their hot water line.
