CX getting AE error code. Ran tests found excessive soap in unit all around door seal. Found signs of soapy water in base. Ran test cycle with no soap after few minutes found unit full of suds. Advised CX not to use cascade pods due to to much soap in pods causing over sudsing causing leak. Suspect suds causing leak but unable to duplicate concern.

Customer is getting a gas smell and a loud boom/popping noise. Tech did smell gas but did advise the customer that the gas line and fittings are not part of the unit. The bang noise that the customer is hearing is then the gas shuts off in the oven. Tech did shut off gas behind the unit. Customer calling vendor.

Inspected the unit and found the compressor kicking on and pulling 5 Amps and shortly after dropping below .20 Amps. Unit already had a dye filter attached and found no leaking by the compressor or evaporator. Unit has a sealed system leak in the liner. Called HBW and advised they will need to replace the unit as it is not repairable. HBW to contact the customer and advise.
