"inspected the unit and found condensation on the bottom of the icemaker. Removed all ice. Removed icemaker. Checked all gaskets. All gaskets checked. OK. Door flap checked OK. Ran icemaker through a test cycle. There were no leaks or water spillage during fill. There was nothing out of the ordinary showing that there should be any kind of condensation within the ice bin. Placed a paper towel on top of the ice bin to see if there's any water actually coming from the icemaker itself. Advised customer to leave it there till tomorrow morning to ensure that thats not the issue. advised the customer that they could have an issue with their ice shoot, but at this point everything is functioning on normally."

Inspected the unit and found no error Codes present. Water valves checked OK. Spin and agitation. Checked OK. Customer could not provide a proof of purchase. Unit had a large amount of damage on the outer casing and there were no feet present on it. This caused the unit to not be able to balance without a real fix to get it level again.

Inspected unit and found everything with the fridge working properly. Customer was concerned that it was using a large amount of energy due to very high electric bill. Plugged my kill-a-watt meter into the wall and plugged the unit into the meter to measure the watts while is was running. It wasnt even pulling one kw upon start up. Informed customer these new appliances are very energy efficient and would not cause that spike in energy usage. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found a piece of clothing lodged in the drain line at the mouth of the drain pump. Removed the piece of cloth. Reassembled the line. Ran a test cycle. I noticed that the drain line was 3 feet down the drain tube. Advised the customer to find a way to hold that drain line so that its only around 10 inches into the drain tube. All checks OK

Inspected unit and found the unit working properly. Customer was concerned unit wasnt heating well. She had unit running on a normal cycle. I advised customer that normal heat was in fact more of a medium heat and larger loads needed to be ran on sanitize or high heat. Especially items that will retain more water or are very fluffy. Customer stated she hadnt realized this and will make sure to mess with the different cycles to find the best ones for certain loads.
