"Customers vents are plugged. It is taking at least two hours to dry laundry. This is caused by lint buildup on the blower wheel, which is causing it to vibrate and rattle. I disassembled and cleared off the blower wheel. The customer needs to have their vents professionally cleaned as well."

Inspected unit and found that a wire had come unattached from the back of the dryer which was connected to the heating element. There was a little bit of melting that happened on the terminal piece so I went ahead and cut back on the wire added a little short piece. Connected everything securely added a new paddle connected to the dryer and tested dryer checked good
