Checked unit over found that the unit would not drain properly due to their being debris in the drain hose and in the tub and drain pump. Disassembled unit, cleared all hoses and drain pump as much as possible. Tested unit multiple times no debris came into the filter housing. Drained fine and checks OK

"Customer states that unit wont maintain the temperature in bake. Inspected unit and found the bake element shorted open. Inner, and outer broil elements are good. Convection element is good. Temperature sensor is good. Unit wont maintain the temperature due to the shorted bake element. Installed new element and ran to test. Unit is heating and maintains the temperature. All ok."

Inspected the unit and found the waterline clogged and unit not making ice and the icemaker blocked with ice. Cleared blockage and found the waterline running to the icemaker frozen over. Made adjustments and replaced the water filter for the unit. The water dispenser is not working properly. Advised the customer they will need to defrost the unit for at least 24 hours with the doors open and the unit powered off to allow the waterline running to the icemaker to defrost. Unit cannot make ice until the waterline is defrosted.

"Inspected the unit and tested the hot and cold water valves, shift actuator, lid lock, temp sensors, motor and capacitor, drain pump and basket. All mechanical checks ok. Recalibrated the unit and made adjustments to the drain hose as it was not placed/installed with a standard height loop (which can cause issues with the uni). Explained to the customer to use no more than 2 tbs of liquid detergent (or 1 pod) and to dilute it prior to placing in the washer. Explained to the customer that the dryer runs off a timer and the washer runs off a smart control board. Advised the best way to run the unit is to add the diluted detergent first, then clothes, select your cycle options, close the lid and press start. Advised every time the customer opens the lid or changes a setting after pressing the start button you increase the odds of confusing the smart board as it is constantly trying to figure out why you opened the lid/changed a setting. Once you press start you should not touch the control or lid until it finishes. If you need to change a setting or add more clothes always pause the and then do so. Once you press start again give it time to try and evaluate what you changed. All checks passed."

Inspected the unit and found a code for a pressure sensor fault. And an off balance load. Cleared pressure sensor tube. Ran a pressure sensor test. Unit passed the test. Inform the customer to only use one pod no matter what size load. Or 2 tablespoons of liquid detergent no matter what size large. Ran multiple tests and test cycles. All checks OK unit is good to go

Found harness to water valve not seated correctly. Adjusted and all checked ok.

Inspected the unit and found it leaking from the door glass. Removed the door. Disassembled the door and the hinges. Cleaned around the door seal and the glass. Repositioned the glass. Tech was assigned as a helper;

Customer states that unit runs for about 5 seconds and the motor shuts off then comes back on about 40-45 seconds later. Air flow indicator came on once. This came on because of heat build up from no air flow when the motor shuts down. Motor is overheating causing the thermal overload to shut the motor down. Once it cools enough it restarts. Unit has a very large amount of lint built up again. I just cleaned unit when I serviced in September. Inspected unit to see why the lint is escaping and found the lint screen housing loose. Checked unit over found that the markings around each one of the burner switches were worn down and you could not read them correctly. I informed the customer that this is considered cosmetic and it is not something else you will cover.

Unit is six years old in the laundry room. Customer states that the unit will not tumble unless you turn the drum by hand, then it will go. Motor is shorting out. Replaced motor assembly and ran to test. Unit is tumbling and heating as it should. All OK.

Installed all provided parts and verified correct operation. All ok.

Unit hot surface light is flickering. Tightened down red wire to the light. Checked ok

Unit front left burner is not lighting. Found some kind of build up on the orfice. Cleaned off and unit and it is working fine.

Inspected the unit and found the motor locked up. Advised customer they could have potential issue with the gearcase and future issues with the water valve. Provided information to the customer and they are planning on replacing the unit.

"Inspected the unit and found the front burners not working properly. Installed new burners, all checks ok. The element on light stayed on. I advised the customer this is not a concern and to not be too worried about it unless the burners are actually staying on. Tara approved estimate."

Inspected the unit and the customer said they had an error code of 11. Used water valve. Ran the hot and cold water valves and both of them function properly. The hot water valve took over a minute before hot water came out of it. Advised customer to use cleaning tablets on a regular basis and that they may need to run a hot cycle and then restart it due to how long it takes for hot water to enter into the unit.

Auto er states that unit wont heat in bake or broil. Checked for amp draw from both Ignitors. Bake isnt drawing any amperage and broil is weak. Replaced both ignitors and ran to test. Both broil and bake operate as they should.

Installed new main board and reset unit. All checks okay

Unit has rust on the doors called AHS-Katrina-161KMLI rust not covered

"Inspected unit and found an error code for the hot water valve and the unit being off-balance. Found the customers hot water heater not functioning and so no hot water entering the hot water valve which is what caused the error code and not allowing it to run through a complete cycle. Advise the customer to only use tap cold water setting until the hot water heater is fixed. Adjusted legs and re-calibrated the unit. Ran a test cycle in the unit filled with water, washed, drained, and spun on a low medium and high cycle without any issues. I did have to remove several articles of clothing from the middle of the basket as it continued to be off-balance. Advised the customer to monitor how theyre loading the unit and keep clothes out of the middle. No other issues found, all checks OK"

"Inspected the unit and found multiple error codes, found the control board not sending the correct voltage to the pump when activating the drain cycle. "Upon arrival put unit into diagnostic mode. Found when unit would try to spin, only the agitator was spinning. This is due to the drive hub stripped and not catching the tub properly. Attempted to take agitator off but it was not coming off. Discussed with customer the next steps. Customer declined further repair."

Inspected unit and found the freezer door hard to pull out and sometimes wont close easily either. Opened freezer and found a large sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer. Pulled unit out and found drain tube clogged up with dirt. Cleaned drain tube and defrosted drain line. Defrost ice and made sure door would open and shut properly. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found unit not heating up. Put unit into diagnostic mode and found error code f4e4 for L2 not getting proper voltage. Ran an automatic test and found L1 gettin proper voltage but not L2. Checked voltage from the outlet as well as at the back of the unit. Both places were getting proper 240v. Checked connections on the back of the control and all were fine. Found no obvious damage to any wiring either. Gave customer quote for control board. Customer wants time to think about repair.

Customer states that unit wont spin. Checked control for error code. Found F7E1 basket speed fault. Ran tachometer test and control isnt sensing movement. Replaced actuator and ran to test. Unit now senses the movement but is barely moving. Found the capacitor testing bad. Replaced and ran to test. Unit operates as it should. All ok. ; used 1 W11158830 (Capacitor) from stock

"Customer states that unit isnt cooling in both sections. They hear a hum then a pop noise shortly after. Noise is the thermal overload on the compressor tripping. Inspected compressor and found it drawing 8 amps. Not dropping any lower before thermal trips. "Unit is 14 years old in kitchen. Customer states that glass turn table is missing and the turn table adapter wont reinstall. Inspected unit and found the unit missing an adapter for the motor to turn table. Motor shaft is also damaged. Unit needs turn table, adapter, and motor. Unit is a oven/micro combo. Microwave has to be separated from the oven to install new motor. Need 2 job count. ; ordrng 1 W11373838 (Turn table) and 1 W11126044 (Shaft) and 1 W10911403 (Motor)"

Unit is 14 years old in kitchen. Customer states that the unit wont cool and wont dispense water. Forced unit into test mode. The compressor and condenser fan will not run in test mode. Checked for voltage at the compressor and only getting 6vac. Control isnt sending proper voltage to the compressor and fan. Dispenser wont operate because the switch is shorted.
