Inspected the unit and found piece of metal down at the bottom of the drain pump that would get caught in the propellers when the water would fill up. Removed the metal and ran several test cycles. all checks good.

Inspected the unit and found the breaker blown. Reset the breaker and found the display board not responding and the unit completely dead. Inspected the unit and found the compressor off and the unit appeared to be running a defrost cycle. Performed a hard reset on the compressor and powered the unit back up. Unit pulled 5.5 amps on startup and returned to .80 amps on a constant run. Reset the control board and deactivated the smart defrost cycle. Unit on 8 hour standard defrost cycle. Advised the customer the compressor is now back up and running and should return to temps within 24 hours. If temps dont return then they are looking at a sealed system leak.

"nspected the unit and found 4 error codes while in diagnostics- oversuds, overfill/leak detected, drain pump, and wax vent. Cleared error codes and ran a test cycle and found no leaks under the unit, prior leak at the door probably due to the oversuds (cleaned sensor and reattached). Ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit is not overfilling and the drain pump is running and functioning properly, good water flow through the drain line. Wax vent is secure and no leaks. Reprogrammed the board and ran an express wash cycle. Found no faults or errors with control and all diagnostic cycles responding correctly. Customer is using Cascade Complete (has dawn detergent in pods) and recommended to not use any detergent pods that contain dawn as they can cause oversuds. Before leaving the home I turned on an express wash cycle and advised to allow it to finish and see if we get any other error codes. Ran an express wash cycle and roughly 10 minutes in started beeping for no apparent reason. Faulty control and drain circuit. Ordering parts. Installed drain pump, control, display, and venting fan. Ran a diagnostic and normal cycle and found no other issues."

Inspected the unit and the customers complaint is that the water was filling up too high and not draining. Put the unit into diagnostics and found no error codes for a drain or an overflow issue. The only codes that were found was an out of balance and overload issue. Ran the unit through a diagnostics and the unit filled with water and completed the diagnostics. Advised the customer that the washer will fill the tub at least halfway up with water and show them different features of the unit. All check good.
