Inspected the unit and found that the cold waterline was not filling with water fast enough. Removed the waterlines off the back and cleaned the waterlines out. Ran a test cycle and advised the customer to run some hot water to help remove some of the calcium buildup inside the water valve. All checks good

Inspected unit found a couple out of balance error codes. Contacted the tech-support because the mode shifter did not seem to be working properly. Wanted to talk to them to see if there was any known issues with this unit.
