Installed parts and tested unit on a drain and spin. Unit is no longer making a grinding noise. Unit is going through cycles filling with water and draining all checks good. I do recommend using less detergent. There is a lot of suds buildup on the inside of this and I didnt even use any soap. I just used a water only cycle when theres leftover sides like this. It means that theres too much detergent being used it is recommended to use between a half ounce and 1 ounce of detergent per load because of the high efficiency detergent now requires less soap. The suds cant affect the control board if they make it up to the tube.

Inspected the unit and found that one of the connections at the back of the oven that connects to the bottom element was damaged. I fixed the damage. Tested the element and element was good. Tested the unit after fixing the wire check temperatures in the oven. The oven temperature was where it needed to be. All checks are good at this time.

"Inspected the unit and when the exhaust fan was turned on you could hear a loud clicking sound until the fan came to complete stop. Issue has been present since install. Advised the customer they have a damaged fan blade, possibly due to shipping. Video taken. Advised the customer we need to order a new fan blade and motor assembly. Customer declined repair, did not want a repair on a brand new unit."
