Checked you over found the unit would not drain properly. I was able to clear the drain pump out and the unit started draining. Back right corner of tub was flopping around when it was start to spin. Removed covers and found that the shock absorber on the bottom and the spring on the top were broken. Found that the tub was broken which is part of the frame is not a replaceable part. Spoke with American shield and gave them this information.

"Checked unit over found the touchpad was not responding. Disassembled unit and claim connection on touchpad reconnected. I was able to get the burners to function, but the unit still will not heat up. Tested control and it is losing voltage as it goes through the cabinet. We found the wire is burnt and damaged at the cabinet area. This is not replaceable due to wiring running through the cabinet. Spoke with American shield and gave them this information."

Inspected the unit and found ice buildup around the ice box in the fresh food section and warm air getting in to the icemaker section and locking up the auger motor. Show this to the customer provide an estimate to seal up the icebox and advise the defrost the unit. Customer approved. Cleared ice and sealed up icebox. Advise customer to defrost the unit for 24 to 48 hours to allow the ice to melt to see if that will clear up the auger motor. I advised that if it did not clear the auger motor they may be looking at replacing the auger motor assembly.
