"Inspected the unit and found the door would not close up properly and start a cycle. Found the unit leaning forward substantially. Removed the kick plate and made adjustments to the legs and leveled the unit back up again. Door now closing but will only run a cycle for a few seconds before the door would pop back open. When the door is opened completely, it does not stop at a 90? angle but drops down lower, reference photos. Found damage to the side of the inner and outer door along with the hinges and cables. Damage is not normal wear and tear. Photos attached of damage. Entire door and hinge system will need to be replaced and tech cannot guarantee theres not also damage to the tub. "Customer showed a video of the unit making an abnormal noise towards the end of the cycle. Pull the unit away from the wall and remove the back panel and inspected the rear and front for any defects or damage and found nothing. Ran a spin cycle on high and found no issueswith the tub or support or motor. Ran a loaded cycle on quick wash for 15 minutes roughly, and the unit filled with water, agitated, drained, and spend up to a high speed without any defects, error codes, or failures. Noted, the unit is slightly louder than normal during all testing and cycles. Tech could find not defects, damaged or failed components. Advised the customer to continue using the unit and monitor for error codes."
