Advised customer we were not able to replace their waterline and she would need to contact a certified plumber.

Inspected unit and heard a loud grinding noise durning the cycle. Unit is in tight quarters. Pulled the unit out and removed the top panel and front panels and found two of the support wheels making a loud screeching sound. Pulled the drum and front bulkhead out and removed support wheels and support studs. Sanded down studs and support wheels and re-greased all support wheels. Used the shop vac and cleaned the inside of the unit from length and dust. Reassembled unit ran a test cycle and the unit is much quieter. All checks OK

Checked unit over found that the unit was grinding when trying to agitate and isnt draining properly. Found socks and other garments wrapped around belt and pulley. Disassembled and cleared garments and reassembled unit. Found socks in drain pump. Cleared drain pump. Tested checks ok.
