Pulled dryer out. Disassembled the dryer. Found that the support wheels had dried up and failed. Provided an estimate to the paying party for the repair. Customer approved. Replaced support wheels with truck stock. Greased tension pulley. reassembled the unit. Ran a test cycle. Found a large amount of vibration within the unit. Customer states that the unit is leaking from the door area. Small leak that trickles down the front and fills the pedestal handle. Had a larger leak one load but customer believes that a sock got stuck in the door. Unit has only leaked slightly from the door since that time. Inspected seal and found no tear. Some debris stuck to the glass. Cleared debris and ran rinse and spin cycle to test. Unit leaks from the door seal still. "Customer states that the unit is operating fine but is leaking. This is not a recall. Inspected door seal and sweep. Both are in good shape. Both upper and lower wash arms are in good shape. Unit was loaded with dishes and two large utensils standing up in the silverware bin. These can stop the upper wash arm and cause water leak. Unit is leaking from the door sweep. Also found the hinges and inner door liner bent. The door isnt sealing well because of the inner liner and hinge issue.
