"Customer states that after running the self clean cycle the unit no longer heats past 130. Voltage to the unit is correct at 245VAC. Bake, broil, and convection elements tested good. Temperature sensors is also good. Found thermal fuse shorted open cutting the power to the bake and broil elements. The convection elements still heated because it is not controlled by the thermal fuse. This is why the unit would heat to 130. Installed new thermal fuse and ran to test. Unit is heating as it should. Gathered average temperature during bake and calibrated the control. All ok. ; used 1 318578506 (Thermal fuse) from stock"

"Customer states that unit isnt spinning out clothes well. Also going out of balance. Unit has an F6E3 communication error. No other codes present. This code does not affect the spin speed. No other error codes. The unit is siting level. Ran diagnostics cycle to test functions. When the unit agitates, it is making a dragging noise. Inspected the transmission assembly and found the stator bolt loose. This was allowing it to slip and make a dragging noise. This can also cause spin issues. Added thread locker to the bolt and secured. Calibrated unit and ran to test. All OK. No more noise in unit operates isnt should."

"Customer states that unit wont wash. Inspected unit and found wires underneath chewed on/through. Sump is full of hard water scale. Ran diagnostics cycle to test function. F9E1, F10E1 codes stored. Only item that came on is the diverter motor. The unit wouldnt fill, or wash motor come on. Drain pump does come on. Upper rack adjusters are broken as well. Unit would need the sump assembly, dispenser, main wiring harness, filter, upper rack adjuster, and main control. Due to the age, condition , and cost of the repair I do not recommend proceeding. ; ordrng 1 W10712395 (Upper rack adjuster) and 1 W10304409 (Dispenser) and 1 W10911101 (Wiring harness) and 1 W10866118 (Main control) and 1 W10894668 (Wash motor) and 1 W1046390 (Screen) and 1 W10872845 (Filter)"

"Unit is 13 years old in the kitchen. Customer states that unit wont heat and some buttons dont work. Inspected unit and found a few number buttons shorted on the touchpad. No loose or dirty connections at the ribbon strip. Unit is displaying an error code but cannot tell what code. The display is missing several segments. Bake element, broil element, and sensor all test good. Ran unit to test. Unit heated to temperature but the broil element is not shutting down. The relay on the main pcb is shorted closed causing unit to over heat and produce the error. The error is most likely E-08 which is an overheat error. The unit needs the main pcb and touchpad. The main pcb is no longer available through our sources. ; rqstng P&A on 1 OAS-AG3-00 (PCB(NLA)), ordrng 1 DG34-00011A (Touchpad)"

Customer states that unit isnt heating. Voltage to the unit is correct. Unit is drawing 9.4 amps when running. High voltage fuse is good. Found the magnetron cracked. This is why the unit wont heat. The cabinet that the microwave is mounted to is pulling away from the wall. Advised customer and have photos. Advised that we will pull the unit to service it but if the cabinet hasnt been repaired we will not reinstall the microwave under the cabinet. Unit needs magnetron. Customer is sending quote on to their warranty company. They will reach out if they approve the repair.
