"Inspected the unit and found large amounts of lint buildup on the inside of the unit. Remove the front cover and the top lid, also removed the drum and the flywheel cover. Cleaned all the lint that had built up inside the fan and down around the blower motor. Cleaned out the back of the unit and lubricated support wheels inside the unit. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle. Unit is producing good heat and is operating correctly. All checks good. Called and got authorization for the repair."

"Inspected the unit and ran a drain and spin, during the spin cycle found a dragging or a scraping noise. Lifted the bottom of the unit up and found trash stuck in the drive belt calls in a screeching noise. Removed the trash and ran another test cycle. The unit spun and sounded good, all checks good"

Inspected the unit and found no error codes. Ran a rinse and spin and the unit was functioning correctly. Customer had showed me a photo of an error Code 0 on the screen. Informed the customer what that error code means. Also advised the customer to run some cleaning tablets to help the murkiness of the water and the smell of the clothes. Removed the fabric softener dispenser and cleaned it out. Ran a drain and spin and the unit drained properly. All checks good

"Inspected the unit and found it not starting a cycle when pushing the start button. Checked for voltage at the outlet and found the unit producing 240. Remove the top and found the drive belt in good condition, removed the front panel and removed the drum out of the unit. Checked the heating element and the thermometer and they both checked good. Checked the thermostat and found the thermostat has a blown fuse. Replaced the thermostat and ran a test cycle. All checks good.; used 1 DC47-00016A (THEMOSTAT) from stock"
