Inspected the unit and found the unit operating correctly. Inspected voltage at the back of the unit and found the correct voltage. Also ran a diagnostics test and found the burners on the top all working correctly and the bake element getting to the correct temperatures. Inspected unit and put the unit into a spin cycle and the unit spun up to all three speeds and got to the top speeds. Ran a diagnostics and found the unit operating correctly. Made adjustments to the drain pump hose at the bottom of the unit to make sure it was draining properly. All checks good.

Unit is about 12 years old located in the basement. "Inspected unit ran through a diagnostic cycle and it flashed a F9E one error code which correlates to the drain pump. The customer was saying that they were not getting any water movement inside the unit. It was filling with water and draining, but it wasnt actually washing the dishes upon further investigation. I smelled an electrical smell and determined that the pump had seized up somehow and was causing it to overheat and also causing it to have a smell which the customer was smelling and also it coded out so Im ordering motor and drain pump assembly; ordrng 1 W11680075 (Motor assembly) and 1 W11535094 (Inlet water assembly)"
