Inspected the unit and ran it through checks. Water valve checks OK. Drain pump checks OK. Tub bearing checks OK. Drain hoses and clamps check OK. There is no residue or signs of leaking anywhere within or around the unit. Advised customer to get plumbing checked within the wall as this will be the next step to find the leak.
