Inspected the unit and found that the customer had a slow draining issue. They will need a plumber to get their drain cleaned out. When they would use the washing machine the washing machine would then drain and would fill up the sink. Which was dumping back into the dishwasher. Ran a test cycle. The dishwasher is functioning as it should from factory.
