"Customer stets that unit isnt draining or advancing. Ran diagnostics to check for error. F5E1 lid switch fault, F9E1 long drain, F0E2 oversuds codes present. Lid lock functions properly in test mode. Forced drain pump on and it isnt moving water. Resistance is good and voltage. Drain pump is locked up this is why it wont drain or advance. Diagnostic mode. Checked for error codes and found none. Ran an automatic test and found everything working properly. Agitation sounded unusual. Took off agitator and found the grooves where the shaft met the agitator to be very worn causing agitator to slip. Ordering agitator. ; rqstng P&A on 1 3951744 (Agitator asm)

Checked unit over found control not sending voltage to the heater. No repair due to cost.

Checked unit over found that the unit was heating and spinning. Customer said intermittently unit wont start. Checked and found communication error. Reprogrammed control and tested checks ok.

Installed defrost timer, all checks okay; used 1 5304526183 (DEFROST TIMER) from stock

Unit has sealed system leak. Not repairable.

Unit has ripped door seal. No repair.

Checked unit over found the unit would not run through a cycle or even start. Took unit in the diagnostics and found that unit had a faulty lock assembly. Disassembled lock and found that there was detergent all inside of the lid lock. Cleaned out lid lock assembly and ran unit through calibration. unit is now locking and starting a cycle. Gave this information to Carl.

Checked unit over found the unit was out of balance and rocking all over the place. Attempted to put unit into the spin and it would not drain the water out properly. Replace drain pump. Unit drain the water out properly but were still bouncing all over the place in the spin cycle. Pulled unit out and found that the bottom left shipping bolt had been left in from delivery. Remove shipping bolts in unit spun out properly but the unit was extremely loud due to the shipping bolt being stuck in there.

Checked unit over found at the front left burner would only heat up on high. Replaced front left burner and it tested good. Customer is having issues with the front right burner the inner part not heating up. Replaced switch. All checks okay

Sealed system leak. No repair.

Customer states that the unit will stop and beep durning a wash cycle. Found that the top was bowed up near the lock.

Installed new suspension and leveled unit. Ran to test. Unit spins out smoothly.

Customer states that unit wont advance into the wash cycle. Unit fills then pumps out and spins. Customer has tried several cycles and it happens on all. Control has a overfill error. This is why the cycle wont advance and pumps out. Control cant sense water level. Ran pressure sensor test and spin test. Unit finished both tests fine. Updated software and advised customer on cycle selection. All ok.

Unit is not draining. Found debris in the pump. Removed. Cycled.

Installed new fill tube and insulator cleared out ice and checks OK

"Unit is located on a wooden pedestal in the basement. Inspected unit and found an error code for oversuds. Ran the unit through a normal cycle and it locked the lid, filled with water, agitated. Then ran the unit through a drain and spin cycle, the unit drained and spun up to a high speed without any issues. Inspected the underside of the unit and found no issues. Advised the customer to use cleaning tablets on a regular basis. All checks ok."

Inspected unit and found something stuck in the icemaker causing the icemaker to overflow with water and leak onto the shelves. Cleared off the shelves and made adjustments to the icemaker. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of condensation in and around the user interface and control board. Removed all water. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK. Advised customer to have her vents cleaned out due to the reason why she is having so much condensation.

Inspected unit and found everything working properly. Customer stated he had unit unplugged and plugged it back in and left it and unit started working right. I checked temps in the freezer and fresh food sections and they were good. Also checked door seals and the door switch. All checks ok.

Upon arrival started a normal cycle. Everything was working correctly. Talked with the customer about what was wrong and the noise it was making. Could not get unit to make abnormal noise. Spoke with customer about repairing the unit with its age and cost of repair. Customer declined repair for now.

Upon arrival I took off the control panel to get to the ceramic fuse on the filter board. Tested fuse and it tested good. Checked wires and terminals for any kind of physical damage and could not find any. Checked door lock switches and made sure they were sitting properly in their bracket. Was able to get the unit to power up and start a cycle but unit did not heat. Gave quote for magnetron and capacitor. Customer declined repair.

"Inspected unit and found the fridge at about 48-50? and the freezer at 56-60?. Plugged newfi into unit to check for any error codes. Found none. Found an alert for high temperatures. Turned fans on individually and all turned on properly. When I turned the compressor on, it ran for about 30 seconds then shut down. Compressor was extremely hot to the touch. Informed customer that compressor was going out on overload and was getting too hot. Talked with customer about price of repair. Customer wants time to think on it."

Customer states that air filter light does not come on when pressed like it should also unit is getting a lot of condensation and items are still freezing. No loose connections at display that would cause light not to come on. Air filter light does come on in test mode. Unit will need another display. Customer has moved items per last suggestion to prevent freezing but they are still freezing. Ran damper motor test to verify it is opening and closing. Damper is operating as it should. Water filter is leaking when water is dispensed. Customer recently replaced the water filter. The filter replaced is an aftermarket and not a factory filter. Advise customer to install a factory filter to stop the water leak from the dispenser. Possible that water leakage is freezing near air damper and causing it to stay open. Also found issues with cabinet at the lower section. Found liner bowed at the bottom right corner and along the mullion. Doors do not lineup either and will not adjust. Lower hinge appears bent/damaged. This can cause air/moisture leakage. Need to reach out to Frigidaire and see what we can do.; ordrng 1 5304526170 (User interface)

Unit is stacked. Customer states that unit wouldnt complete the cycle and showed 3c error. This is a motor error. Checked control for errors. 3C2 error present. Forced unit into spin. "Installed new control board and ran unit test. Unit still will not spin or agitate. Control still cannot tell the position of the shifter. Shifter is moving freely. Micro switch in shifter that tells position is operating correctly. Voltage to the shifter from the main control is 142 V AC. Checked voltage at outlet also getting 142 V AC. Advised customer that over voltage to control can cause issues and it needs to be remedied. Going to order another control, shifter, and wiring harness in case after the outlet is repaired the unit still has issues.; ordrng 1 WH03X30517 (Shifter) and 1 WH22X35137 (Control) and 1 WH19X27495 (Main harness)"

Upon arrival plugged newfi into unit to read the error codes with the unit. There were error codes with RFID chip in the water filter. Changed water filter in an attempt to clear the error but the RFID board still wouldnt read the water filter. Ordering RFID board. ; ordrng 1 WR55X35485 (RFID board)

"Upon arrival called alliance technical support and spoke with Nick. I explained to him the situation of whats going on with the orange streaks. He had me video chat him to show him the clothes. He also had me wipe down the washer with a paper towel to see if I could find a cause of the orange streaks. He then had me check the dryer for anything as well which I couldnt find anything. He had me send the pictures of the clothes to an email he gave me which created a ticket number. He put me on hold to speak with another tech as well. After speaking with the other tech, he had me attempt to pull the bell hub off of unit. When I tried to unscrew it I found the bolt very loose, like it was stripped. When I tried to remove the bolt I found the head of the bolt had broken off. After telling this to the tech, he wants me to change the outer tub with transmission. Checked unit over found there was a large amount of ice buildup inside the ice chute. Removed ice bucket cleared the ice buildup tested both the dispenser door and door seals to make sure everything was sealed up properly. Cannot find any air leaks.
