All rollers and the idler are in good shape. Nothing in the blower housing. Heating element is warped and touching the side of the heater. Straightened heating element and ran to test. Unit is still making noise. Noise is vibration from the heating element. Unit will need heating element to quiet it down. All other functions are working as they should. Customer does not wish to repair. Will deal with noise and replace dryer at later point.

"Inspected the unit and found a failed igniter, and found the temp sensor wire harness damaged. Unit does not have a model or serial tag. Had to manually research parts needed. Cut both out and rewired the temp sensor. Removed the burner coil and replaced the igniter bar with a substitute part from extra stock. Slid the unit back into proper place, replaced burner covers and recalibrated/reprogrammed the control board to regulate the new temp sensor connections. Ran a test cycle, all checks ok."

Checked unit over found the unit was level and suspension rods all installed properly. Ran load and when unit was in a high spin speed the tub did wobble a little bit but not super excessive the customers floor is sloped forward. I recommended the customer getting isolation feet to go underneath it to help with vibration but if this did not resolve the issue then the only other option would be to replace the washer because everything else is checking good.

Took drain hose off of the garbage disposal and started drain pump to show customer there was water being pumped out but not at the correct amount and speed.
