Inspected the unit and found two error codes for miscommunication between the control board and display board. Both parts are no longer available from the manufacture. Provided information to customer and advise them we could try and reprogram the control board and clear corrosion off of display board see if that resolves the issue. Customer agreed to estimate and repair. Reprogrammed the board and cleared corrosion off display board. Showed the customer on the display board where the corrosion was after cleaning. Advised the customer if this resolves the issue it will more than likely be a temporary fix and may give them several more years on the appliance. If this does not resolve the issue and it comes back in my recommendation would be to replace the unit.

Customer states that unit wont cool in both sections. Inspected unit and found evaporator and condenser fan running. Compressor isnt coming on. Not getting dc voltage from main board to inverter. Unit needs main control board. Installed main control and verified operation. Unit should be down to temperature within 24 hours.

"Customer states that unit is walking and going out of balance under any load size. Positioned unit and made sure its level. Checked for error codes. None present. Ran diagnostics test and in spin it shakes excessively. Found suspension weak allowing tub to move more than it should. Unit needs suspension set. Installed new suspension set, leveled unit, calibrated control, and ran to test. Unit is spinning smoothly. No more out of balance or walking. All ok."

Customer states that unit doesnt always drain. Upon arrival found water standing in sump. Forced into drain and unit drained out fine. Found no siphon loop in the drain hose. This is why it isnt draining fully. Secured drain hose and ran to test. Unit is draining as it should. All ok.

Customer states that after self clean the door wont open and is showing F90 error. Found lock motor stuck in the locked position. Reset control by unplugging but this did not reset the lock. Voltage to lock is correct. Unit needs door lock motor. Customer does not wish to replace the lock assembly. Advised not to use self clean feature.
