Checked unit unit over found the unit would not drain and the unit was stacked. Found that the drain screen was completely plugged up with debris. It got into the drain pump and burnt up the drain pump. Could not pull any water out of the unit through the drain hose. Unit needs new drain pump and drain screen cleared out. Spoke with American shield and they will not cover the repair due to it not being normal wear and tear.
