"Inspected the unit and found the freezer section at 20 degrees and the freshfood section at 40 degrees. Ice buildup along the back freezer wall and evaporator blocking the fan and airflow. The freezer section has to be below 10 degrees for 8 hours before the icemaker will function. Entered diagnostics and found the smart defrost cycle still activated, this is causing the unit to not run a defrost cycle and buildup excessive ice blocking the fan. Changed the setting to basic 8 hour cycle and advised the customer to run the unit through a 48 hour defrost cycle by unplugging the unit or powering it down and leaving the doors open. After the 48 hours the customer can power the unit back up and it should take 24 hours to return to normal temps."

Inspected the unit and found the auger propeller was not attached correctly. Made adjustments to the auger propeller. Customer is now receiving ice through her dispenser. Also found that there was not any water coming out the door dispenser. Pulled unit out. Found that the water line was kinked in two spots. Removed kinks. Made adjustments to the waterline. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a blown thermal fuse. Also when you shut the door the unit runs whether its on or off. I told the customer that it will also need a control board. But she stated that she likes it that way. I replaced thermal fuse. Heat has now returned to the unit. I told her that if she had any further issues that she would need a control board.
