Inspected the unit and found what looks to be like detergent residue coming off onto the clothes. Advised that the customer only use 2 tablespoons of liquid detergent no matter what size load. And to begin using a cleaner such as affresh to begin to break up the detergent residue and clean the washer out. All else checks OK
