"Inspected the unit and found the gearcase cracked and leaking out water. Photos taken. Attempted to enter diagnostics and it would not respond. Washplate would not come disconnected from the basket. Unit will need a tub job, additional labor and second tech if approved. Unit is 9 years old and located in the laundry room. "Inspected unit and found water below the deli drawer and the two small snack drawers in the fresh food section. Pulled shelf from the fresh fruit section and removed the evaporator cover and found water not draining through the drain line during the defrost cycle. Upon further inspection found no hole for the drain line in the white liner. Reference photos taken. There was a hole for the drain in the outer gray liner, but not the inner white liner. It appears the liner has shifted or moved, or the drain line was not properly manufactured. Attempted to call Techline, but they were in training. Calling the following day. ; O-emld tckt"

Inspect the unit and found a UB and UR error. Push down on the basket and was able to push the basket quite a waste down which indicates the suspension rods are worn out. Advised the customer that the suspension rod is normally the issue with the thing shaking out of balance. But there could be a sensor not balancing it correctly. Check unit over found that the unit was not draining properly. The issue was the customers drain line they had hooked up to the dishwasher was copper and was undersized significantly. This was not allowing the unit to drain properly customer they needed to fix their drain line. This is not a dishwasher issue.
