Disassemble the unit and found a massive amount of lint build up inside the unit and the lint filter trap. Disassembled unit found drain line frozen and ice buildup around fan. Cleared out drain line and ran a line all the way through the drain to be sure it was not obstructed. Installed longer heater wire. Sealed up around inlet lines and rear cover. Replaced thermistor built into the cover. Informed customer if they continue to have issues they would need a entirely new back cover which is on back order at the moment
