Customer states that lid will not unlock and unit wont finish the cycle. Removed front panel and found the lid lock assembly hanging but latched. The lock assembly has broken from the bezel that holds it in place. Replaced lid lock assembly and ran to test. Unit is operating as it should. Advised customer to make sure not to allow the lid to slam closed.
