I can tell there is some debris or an article of clothing between the basket and the tub. Attempted to remove the wash plate, but it was seized to the gear case and I could not remove it. Inspected the underside and found no issues with the rotor and stator. Provided diagnostic to Whirlpool, and they advised debris/blockage between basket and tub are not covered under the warranty. Warranty company advised they would contact the customer."

Turned the breaker off and then back on, and the outlets still had no power. Cleaned out her dispenser and wiped up a lot of old detergent down inside the dispensing area. Informed the customer they will need an electrician to resolve the outlet issue."
