Removed the back panel and ran a diagnostic cycle to test the unit. The door would not unlock and found the gearcase locked up and corrosion on and around the rotor and stator. The left support spring was also hanging down much further than the right side. Unit needs a tub job. Could not get the drain pump to engage.
