"Inspected the unit and found low water pressure. Unhooked water to the fridge and found a large amount of rust was running through the line. Customer will need to seek out a plumber to resolve the rust issue. Because of this issue, customer either has a clogged filter or the lines themselves have become clogged. No repair"

"Inspected the unit and found that the customer was only getting around a tablespoon of water per eight seconds of fill time. Customer at times would have no water coming through the line during those seconds. Customer will need to have a certified plumber come out and inspect the water pressure issue, so that the customer can have adequate ice production."
