Informed the customer the excess shaking was due to the washer being up on the pedestal and raising the weight of the unit would cause that. Also explained that it shocked heavily in the medium spin due to the rpms getting higher but the counterweights not kicking in yet. When unit got into a high spin it was still and spun well. "Inspected the unit and ran a normal cycle with a medium to heavy load and it agitated fine, however on the spin cycles the unit would shake excessively. During the cycle the unit would on several occasions have to stop the spin cycle and try to run it again. Removed the top cover and found the springs and shocks not providing enough stability. During the slow down cycles I could hear something grinding but could not pinpoint where it was coming from, possible gearcase. Advised the customer that the first possible repair would be to replace the springs and shock absorbers. Customer has experienced this issue since day one. Issues could have a result of the unit being knocked around in shipping, but unable to determine. Parts for this unit are showing not currently available most likely due to it being a newer design. Provided info to the customer. Customer to contact place of purchase."

"Inspected the unit and found 2 buttons/selections on the control panel not responding. Ran a test cycle and once the unit entered the high speed spin cycle the basket would shake violently and is starting to damage the door boot. Unit will need a tub job replacement along with springs and shock absorbers. Repair will require additional labor and a second tech to complete the repair.
