Remove the lint filter and placed lint and paper towel clippings down the filter area and ran a cycle and could find the debris coming back up to the unit indicating a blockage in the vent line. Remove the rear vent and found good airflow through the unit and moisture condensation buildup inside the vent line. Recommended the customer contact a company to come out and clear the vent.

"Checked out the unit and the customer stated when they are cooking something for several minutes the unit will randomly power off and then they have to wait about 10 minutes and then it will power back on. The issue will come and go and its hard to replicate. Ran several test cycles and was unable to get the unit to power off. Checked out the control board and the fuses and found no issues. Advised customer that if the issue continues to maybe have their outlet checked due to the week voltage getting to the unit. Also, the breaker is not being tripped. It just powers off and unplugging and plugging it back up will not turn it on until they give it 15 to 20 minutes and then it will come back on."

"Check out the unit and customer stated it was making a loud rattling noise during what was maybe the dry cycle. Brands will test cycles and remove the top off the unit and found no noises coming from the unit. Advised customer to maintain the lint filter due to these units require for a very good amount of air and if it has poor airflow, it can take too long to dry and also cause other issues. Checks OK"

Checked out the unit and customer stated the unit was not spinning and wouldnt drain the water out. Ran a diagnostic cycle in the unit completed with no issues. Remove the front cover off the unit and found several socks. Stuck down along the bottom of the washer. Remove the socks and made adjustments to the dry belt and ran a test cycle and the unit spun and filled with hot and cold water. The unit was a little louder during a spin cycle but continued to spin with no issues. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found that the refrigerator was maintaining temperatures but not staying cold enough. Checked the back of the unit and found the compressor at the back of the unit and was warm to the touch but not kicking the unit into cooling mode. Made adjustments to the control board and advise a customer to do a manual defrost for 48 hours to make sure all of the ice in the back of the unit was defrosted and resetting the defrost timer.
