"Inspected the unit and could not get several buttons on the display to respond. Found error codes for faulty motor and issues with spin cycle. Ran a test cycle and could hear a grinding noise coming from the unit during a spin cycle. Removed the top panel and found damage to the basket and suspension, door boot, and wiring harness to the main control board. The suspension failed and caused damage to the basket applying pressure to the wire harness. Running to the control. Tech recommends the unit be replaced due to extensive issues with the unit. Unit is 2 years old. If repair is approved a second tech will be needed. Checked unit over found that the refrigerator had poor water flow going to the refrigerator. Checked in the basement and found that the unit had a copper shut off valve that just punctured into the waterline. Attempted to open up the water valve and it could not be opened up all the way. Instructed customer to call a plumber to replace valve. Checked unit over make sure everything was functioning normal.

Unit is 7 years old in basement. Customer states that unit wont start. Has correct voltage. Found blower housing thermal fuse shorted open. Replaced fuse and ran to test. Unit is starting and heating as it should. Thermostat is cycling between 125-165 on high. Unit is cycling properly. Vent has lots of lint built up. Advised customer to have vent cleared to prevent future problems. ; used 1 3392519 (Thermal fuse) from stock
