Inspected unit and ran through diagnostic mode. Found everything working properly. Informed customer that the reason they had to run their clothes through a longer cycle was due to the build up of detergent on the outer basket which was causing soap suds to mess with the pressure sensor. This causes the unit to drain immediately and not run fully through the cycle. The drain pump is working properly and drained well. Informed customer to use affresh tablets to break down the build up of detergent as well to only use 2 tbsp of detergent per cycle per manufacturers instruction. I also informed customer when using the detergent tray and dispenser to dilute the detergent as well as the fabric softener to prevent the dispenser from clogging. All checks ok.

Customer stated that oven seemed to overheat. Had it set to 350 and it got extremely hot around the unit and can see light from under. Light from under is normal for this unit. It has a broiler door below that doesnt have gaskets around it. This is normal. This is also why you can feel more heat from underneath. Ran unit to test. Set to 400. Unit got to 456 and burner kicked off. Allowed unit to cycle to get average temp. Average is 426. Calibrated thermostat. Unit is operating as it should. Explained to customer that light and heat under unit is normal for this unit.

Inspected the unit and found it leaking on the left side after running a test cycle for several minutes. Found the inlet water valve dispensing into the side panel cup and was splashing over causing the unit to leak. Made adjustments to the hose. Sealed up around valve and made adjustments to the door gasket. Ran a test cycle and found no leaks. All checks OK

"Customer complaint was that the unit was not drying dishes. Ran a test cycle and the unit filled with water, washed, drained, and I was able to activate the heat pump in the unit. The only error codes I could find were for the door being open during mid cycle. Made adjustments to the water calibration and heat pump. Reset error codes. Provided this information to customer and advise them to monitor the unit the next couple times they ran it. All checks OK"

Inspected the unit and found the drain line for the freezer clogged and damaged. Pulled the unit forward and remove the back panel. Remove the drain line and made modifications to the duckbill and cleaned the line. Reassembled the back panel and advise the customer they need to run the unit through a 24 hour defrost cycle to allow the drain line to completely defrost. All checks OK
