I advise the customer they need to run the unit through a 48 hour defrost cycle where they turn the unit off or unplug it for 48 hours of the freezer door open to allow the unit to completely defrost and the drain line to completely defrost. Checked unit over found that one of the mounting studs had fallen down inside the microwave. Removed and disassembled the microwave reinstalled mounting stud. I did inform customer that the bolt in the mounting stud had been cross threaded and were both stripped out. They needed to replace both the bolt and the mounting thread. Customer states that unit had no power. No lights inside or on the front. Customer unplugged and reset control. Unit came in but immediately showed SYEF error. Evaporator fan error. Fan wont run in test mode. Not getting voltage from the control. Replaced control and SYEF is clear and fan operate as it should. Control shorted causing no power and error. Part under warranty still.

Inspected the unit and found lint build up in the lint trap and surrounding area. Found the unit unleveled and wobbling. Cleaned out lint and moisture sensor bars. The moisture sensor bars are located on the other side of the lint trap. They are two metal bars that need to be cleaned every 3-6 months. Clean with a warm damp towel and small amount of soap. Ran a test cycle and the unit heated without issue. Ran a test cycle on the moisture sensors and control board and they both passed. Ran a timed dry cycle and it functioned without error. Unit functioning properly. Recommended having the vent lines cleaned yearly. All checks ok

"Changed out parts, cleared out fill tube of any ice, installed new icemaker, the old one had a broken funnel. Changed out new ui for burnt out LED segments. Removed bottom right hand railing, pulled screw plug, inserted gorilla construction adhesive and screwed back in. Explained to customer plug is only held in by foam. Cycled icemaker, unit harvested but little water came out. Tried dispenser same thing. Checked household pressure coming from wall is good. Suspect water filter plugged or need new water valve. Customer is going to purchase new filter and let us know from there."

"Customer claim unit would throw an E25 error which stands for a drainage issue. Upon arrival unit had been drained out, customer had removed filter and some chia seeds, also, removed white tab and checked. Put unit into express 60 unit filled and washed, then proceeded to drain and done this 2x without issue. Gave customer some tips, might of been something in unit worked its way out. Unit checks ok."
