Inspected the unit and found good airflow to the exterior vent line. Found the heating element activating on the first few minutes of the cycle and then not turning back on. Entered diagnostics and found an error code for miscommunication. While running a test cycle noticed the drum warped due to over heating. Found the door hinge bowing and having to adjust the door to allow it to close properly. Unit is 11 years old and located in the laundry room. Inspected unit and found a thermal fuse had shorted out and it would not power on. Found the vent line behind unit not allowing airflow to the exterior. Advised the customer I would have to move the wash machine in order to gain access to the dryer. Customer signed waiver. Removed washer and replaced thermal fuse. Replace thermal fuse and ran a test cycle. All checks OK. Advise the customer we could not hook up the waterlines back to the wash machine and made sure both valves are off. Advise the customer they would have to reinstall the waterlines for liability reasons. Advised the customer for future issues with the dryer homebuyers warranty will require a receipt showing that they had a professional company come out and cleaned out the vent lines.; used 1 3392519 (FUSE) from stock

"Customer complaint was it was shaking and vibrating and not finishing a cycle. Inspected the unit and found the suspension system in good working order and found the unit level. Inspected the underside of the unit and found no issues or defects. Ran the unit through a quick wash and drain and spin cycle and unit filled with water, activated the agitator and drain pump, and ran through a high speed spin cycle with no issues. Recalibrated the unit. Advised customer to try using larger loads and that all mechanical aspects are functioning properly."
