"Inspected unit and found the fuse on top of the magnetron had blown, no voltage to the control board. Installed an extra fuse from truck stock (a jumper fuse). Control board now powering on. Ran a test cycle and found both fans (vent and mag tub fans) running, the interior light and door switches responding correctly and the board counting down. Unit did not heat cup of water. No voltage to the lowest door switch from the board. Tested door switch and it passed. Voltage going to the magnetron (high voltage, is not safe to check amount of voltage) per check with hot stick. Checked unit over found that the unit would not heat up at all after a self clean. Disassembled and removed oven out of the wall. Fan of the unit had a blown safety thermostat. Replaced safety thermostat and reassembled unit. Tested unit checks OK
