"Unit is 6 years old in the laundry room. Customer states that it isnt spinning out fully and wont finish a cycle. Upon initial inspection I found the suspension worn and the drive hub loose. Ran diagnostics to check for error codes. Found F7E1 basket speed fault, F0E2 overdubs, F2E1 stuck button errors present. Ran tachometer test and it is sensing the basket moving. Attempted to remove the agitator to inspect the drive hub but it will not remove without breaking it. Inspected the gear case and found signs of water leak. Leak has started to corrode the shifter.
