Checked the dryer over and found that it was taking multiple cycles to dry. Tested the dryer out in all the heating and tumbling functions were working properly. The vent that is attached to the back of the dryer is a very narrow why bent that is actually restricting airflow by about 30%. This is causing unit to take longer to dry. I recommend the customer change out the rear event. Maybe adjustment the door latch and hinges. Checks OK

Inspected the dryer and found several error codes for low airflow. Removed the vent and found a large amount of lint buildup inside the vent of the home. Ran multiple test cycles and it is heating properly with good airflow to the back of the unit. Advised the customer they need to have a vent company come out and clear out their vents.

Inspected the unit and found an error code for the icemaker- no cool. Turned the unit onto a basic eight hour defrost cycle instead of the smart defrost cycle. Found temperatures within normal range for the fresh food in the freezer section. Tested the fan and the icemaker and both of them are functioning properly. Advised the customer the smart defrost cycle was causing the issue and their ice to return a couple days.
