"Checked out the unit and found that the water was just leaking from the icemaker down the door and also when you dispense water at the front of the door, its also dispenses water to your icemaker compartment and is leaking down the doors as well. Remove the light assembly and inspected both valves and ran through diagnostics and the unit is operating normal. Checked out the icemaker error codes and there was a no cooling error code, and after running diagnostics, the unit would still leak water down the front of the door from the icemaker compartment when dispensing water. Made adjustments to the water valves."

"Checked out the unit and the customer stated the doors would not close all the way and would stay open. Tilted the unit backwards as far as we possibly could and the unit was closing much better. Advise customer that we were unable to tilt it back any farther, and if he wanted it to go back a little farther, he would need to get shams to shim the front of the refrigerator. Check OK"
