Unit filled with no issues but wash motor isnt running. Has voltage but is locked up. Unit is leaking around pump seal. Leak rusted out the motor and shorted it. Both racks are rusting and falling apart. Due to age and cost I do not recommend repair. Customer to send on to warranty company and will call in if they proceed with repair.

Inspected the unit and found the oven connected to a extension cord and running to a multipurpose outlet along with several other counter appliances and lights. Ran a bake test cycle and the unit heated for roughly 10 minutes then the screen went black and shut the unit down. The unit reset and ran the bake cycle again and the unit shut off immediately. I was able to run a boil cycle for about 10 minutes and the unit did not shut down. I advised the customer that the warranty will not cover any part repairs as long as the unit is not on a dedicated breaker and not connected to an extension cord. I advised the customer to have an electrician come out and put the oven on a dedicated breaker. If they have issues after doing this to reach back out to the warranty company and they will come back out and inspect the unit.

Forced spin cycle on heavy duty to eliminate rinse portion of cycle. Unit spun and drained. Completed cycle successfully. Unit checks ok. If problem occurs again recommend replacing control board

Customer states that another company was out and they cancelled on her three times and they sent parts to customers home. Tech looked over the unit and saw several safety issues that was not addressed by other company. Tech noticed that the wires have been cut and spiced together bypassing the fuse. The other company also did not order the right parts. Advised office of the issues. The customer will have to address the issues with her home warranty company and service company. Due to the safety issues we will not be able to work on the unit.

Unit is 7 years old in basement. Customer states that unit isnt spinning out and clothes are still wet. But no standing water in tub. Inspected unit and found it out of level. This can cause out of balance issues and spin issues. Leveled unit and ran diagnostics to test. Only error present is a F8E1 long fill/no fill. Found cold water supply shut off and hot barley open. This can cause spin issues if unit wont fill on cold rinse only. Opened valves and calibrated unit. Ran automatic test with no issues. Ran unit in spin only to verify its get to full speed. Unit is spinning out smooth. All ok.

Customer states that unit wont dispense ice. Dispenses water fine. Removed ice bucket to inspect. No damage and it spins freely by hand. Ran dispenser and watched auger. Auger motor is turning fine. Crush/cube solenoid is operating as it should. Installed ice bucket and ran to test. Unit is dispensing both cubed and crushed. No binding or noise. Unable to duplicate concern of no dispense. Possible intermittent short in the auger motor. If problem reoccurs auger motor needs replaced.
