Inspected the unit and ran a test cycle and found no heat coming from the dryer. Pulled unit forward and found the wall outlet damaged and the power cord not making good connection. I advised the customer of the issue and showed a photo. Advise the customer they need to have an electrician come out and fix the wall outlet, as it is clearly not making good connection and not receiving proper voltage. I also advised the customers if they have any other issues with the unit the dryer would have to be pulled out into the next room or the washer and all the items on it would have to be removed from the room to make the unit serviceable.

Inspected the unit and found it tripping whenever plugged into the outlet directly behind the refrigerator. Plugged the unit into extension cord that ran into the laundry room and the unit is functioning properly. Found the outlet directly behind the refrigerator along with several other outlets in the kitchen on the same breaker. Advise the customer the refrigerator needs to be on a dedicated breaker with no other outlets and cannot be on a GFCI outlet. Advised customer to contact an electrician.

Inspected the unit and found good airflow to the exterior vent line. Found the heating element activating on the first few minutes of the cycle and then not turning back on. Entered diagnostics and found an error code for miscommunication. While running a test cycle noticed the drum warped due to over heating. Found the door hinge bowing and having to adjust the door to allow it to close properly. Unit is 11 years old and located in the laundry room.
