Found ice buildup inside the freezer section and no cool air get into the refrigerator. Use food grade sealant to seal up the gapping around the freezer and cleared out ice in the vent and freezer section. Replaced fan. Used permagum around water line for icemaker behind the evaporator cover to keep warm air from getting into the unit. Provided information to the customer about the unit. Found the refrigerator door handle missing a screw and the refrigerator vent and light cover missing on the unit. Customer stated they would reach out to Lowes about continuing issues.

Upon arrival ran roughly 40 ounces of water to the dispenser and inspected the back of the unit and under the unit and found no leaks, emptied the ice mold and filled the ice tray with water and found no leaks under the unit or behind it, inspected the hose attached to the water valve, valve and line and found no leaks, filled the drain pan with almost 4 cups of water and found no leaks from the drain pan, inspected and cleaned out the drain line from the cabinet down into the drain pan and found no leaks. Two techs on site and neither could find any leaks with the unit neither inside or outside the unit. Customer stated that knob was hard to turn. After getting it to turn the burner wont heat. Inspected switch and found connections broken causing no heat. Replaced switch assembly and ran to test. All ok. All burners operates as they should.

"Upon arrival found unit with i30 error on display. This is why they cant change or select a cycle. I30 is a leak error. Pulled unit from cabinet and found leak at upper vent. Vent cover was off inside the unit. Installed vent cover, reset control and ran to test. Unit starts fine with no issues. Able to select other cycles as well. No more leaks."

Inspected the unit and the customers complaint was that the unit would run for two or three hours. Found the customer had boost dry on which adds an additional hour to an hour and a half for the dry cycle. Made adjustments to the selection and demonstrated this to the customer. I had the customer demonstrate back to me how to use the unit without the dry boost. Also found the customers not using rinse aid. Advised customer to use rinse aid on a regular basis and advised how the dry time works. All checks OK
