Removed shelf. Removed evaporator cover. Found that the compressor was running. Evaporator fan checked good. compressor fan checked good. But there was no frost pattern. Customer has a sealed system leak. Customer declined repair.

"Inspected the unit and found an error code for faulty water valve and oversudes. Ran a test cycle and found no mechanical issues with the unit. The customer is using powder HE detergent. Per the manufacturer excessive detergent can cause the unit to go into a flood safety cycle and not complete a cycle. Advised the customer to do the following. 1. Run 3-4 washing machine cleaning tablets through the unit. Put 1 tablet in the unit with no laundry and run any cycle. Perform this 3-4 times in a row. 2. Use roughly 1-2 tbs of HE detergent per load, regardless of size.3. Run a cleaning tablet (mentioned above) through the unit at least every 2 weeks to keep the unit clean. Once the customer starts using the cleaning tablets they may experience multiple issues as the detergent currently in the unit starts to break down."
